Dental Benefits Overview

The UCC Dental Plan provides access to the United Concordia Advantage Plus Network, which includes approximately 64,000 participating dentists at more than 83,500 locations. Members may use any dentist, but participating providers accept negotiated fees, file claims for members, and can provide advance benefit determinations upon request.
