The Senior Manager Finance & Reporting is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence as part of our core values. This culture of excellence begins with modeling and maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to consistently exceed expectations while interacting with all colleagues.

S/he will be responsible for managing the accounting and reporting of the company to ensure compliance with GAAP and Not-for-Profit disclosure requirements. S/he will collaborate with business partners on strategic initiatives to maximize financial and operational opportunities.

Analyst, Internal Audit & Compliance

Reports to: Chief Audit and Compliance Officer
Department: Administration

The Analyst, Internal Audit & Compliance will report directly to the Chief Audit and Compliance Officer and will work to expand the internal audit oversight to all parts of the organization. The candidate should be someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, be organized, have a strong attention to detail, be able to manage concurrent audits/reviews, and manage time and expectation, effectively. The Analyst, Internal Audit & Compliance should have a proven track record of showing initiative. The candidate will work with auditees to review risks and controls and design program steps to evaluate them, execute internal audits, meet with stakeholders to vet observations, and craft recommendations, as appropriate.
