NEW! Annuitized Members: Access your Form 1099-R, Update Banking Information, and More

The Pension Boards is always looking for ways to provide members with greater ease in accessing their annuity account information. Pension Boards’ members receiving monthly annuity payments can view the exact amount of their annuity payments, plus much more, through our bank, Northern Trust.

Through Northern Trust’s Benefit Payment Participant Web Passport®, annuitants may view:

  • upcoming annuity payments
  • the gross amount of their annuity checks
  • year-to-date deductions
  • history of annuity payments
  • access Form 1099-R

You may change the following information:

  • contact information
  • direct deposit information for electronic transfer of funds
  • tax withholding criteria (marital status, tax exemptions) at both federal and state levels.

To view your account, please follow these simple instructions:

  • Sign into Northern Trust’s Benefit Payment Participant Web Passport® at northerntrust.com/bppweb
  • Select My Information to display your payment information.
  • Select Deposit (found next to the Payment Date) for a breakdown of the check payment.

If you have never enrolled in the Benefit Payment Participant Web Passport®, please complete the registration process and watch the video for registration assistance. You will be asked to provide specific information to ensure your personal information is secure.
