The Vision Services Plan (VSP). The Vision Plan year is April 1 through March 31. After the first plan year, the Vision Plan is billed in February of each year.
For initial enrollment in the Vision and Dental 750 Plans the contributions are paid in advance for the plan year.
After the first year in the 750 Dental Plan the coverage converts to the 1800 Plan and is billed quarterly.
