The 2021 Annual Meeting of Members of The Pension Boards–United Church of Christ, Inc. will be held Thursday, May 13, 2021, commencing at 2:00 p.m. EDT, at The Interchurch Center, 475 Riverside Drive, Room 1020, New York, New York 10115, and at any adjournment thereof for the election of Trustees and the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

How do I attend the Annual Meeting online?

On the day of the meeting, please log in to your Pension Boards account for instructions for joining the Zoom meeting.

How do I vote online?

The Annual Meeting Notice and Proxy Ballot have been mailed to all those eligible to vote.

Voting will close at 5:00 p.m., EDT, on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

Who is eligible to vote?

  • Active Members
    • Clergy or Lay Employees of a UCC Church or eligible Employers
    • Members participating in the Annuity Plan with current account contributions
  • Inactive Members – Members who are no longer Active Members and have accumulation accounts in the Annuity Plan
  • Annuitant Members – Members receiving an Annuity
  • Herring-Stark Grantees – Grantees who are 100% vested in their accounts, in accordance with the provisions of the Herring-Stark grant program.
