The 2022 Annual Meeting of Members of The Pension Boards-United Church of Christ, Inc. will be held in a virtual meeting format only on Thursday, May 12, 2022 commencing at 2:00 p.m., EDT, for the election of Trustees and transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

How do I attend the Annual Meeting online?

On the day of the meeting, please log in to your Pension Boards account for instructions for joining the Zoom meeting.

How do I vote online?

The Annual Meeting Notice and Proxy Ballot below will mail to all those eligible to vote.

Voting will close at 5:00 p.m., EDT, on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.

Who is eligible to vote?

  • Active Members
    • Clergy or Lay Employees of a UCC Church or eligible Employers
    • Members participating in the Annuity Plan with current account contributions
  • Inactive Members – Members who are no longer Active Members and have accumulation accounts in the Annuity Plan
  • Annuitant Members – Members receiving an Annuity
