Experiencing issues in accessing the Annuity Benefit Calculator?
There are several options for PC or Mac that you can try to help troubleshoot this problem.
Several options for the PC:
Option 1: By default, Internet Explorer displays pop-ups that appear as a result of you clicking a link or button. Pop-up Blocker blocks pop-ups that are displayed automatically (without you clicking a link or button), follow these steps to turn off Pop-up Blockers:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, click Pop-up Blocker, and then click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
Option 2: If you want to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups, follow these steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, click Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
3. In the Address of website to allow box, type the address (or URL) of the PBUCC website (https://www-secure.pbucc.org), and
then click Add.
4. When you are finished adding the website, click Close.
Option 3: You can try holding the control key and the alt key while clicking the link to the calculator. This action manually enables pop ups. You can also look to see if the calculator opens as another tab in the browser window. Sometimes browsers are set to open pop ups in new tabs.
