PBUCC's Member Education Conference Call/Webinar Series, scheduled the second Wednesday of every month, offers members an opportunity to learn more about benefit plans and programs and have their questions answered by knowledgeable Pension Boards staff.

Conference Calls/Webinars begin at Noon (Eastern Time)

To participate in a telephone only conference (please refer to the schedule below to see which events are phone only and which are webinars), use the toll-free AT&T dial in number 1.800.700.7784. Once the call is connected, there will be a prompt to enter an access code: 140050. The same dial-in number and access code will be used for all telephone-only calls. TTY callers, dial: 1.800.855.2881. Look for more information on upcoming calls and topics in your e-mail inbox.

If you are unable to participate, an audio recording of each telephone conference is available for one month following the call at: 1.800.475.6701, access code: 140050. You may also download or listen to past recordings below.

Online Member Education Webinars:

To participate in a webinar (please refer to the schedule below), you will need:

  1. a computer with Internet access (to view the presentation), as well as
  2. a phone(for audio and the Q&A segment).

Webinar registration information, including a link to WebEx, our online conferencing service, will be e-mailed to members whose e-mail addresses are on file and posted below as the webinar date approaches. Your e-mail invitation will contain a link to the WebEx registration site. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation and instructions for logging in and dialing in on the day of the event.

Please note that the dial-in phone number provided by WebEx for Member Education webinars is not the same as the number listed above for the telephone-only conferences. You will not be able to connect to the audio portion of a webinar using the AT&T conference call number.
